Practice Sessions 

Practices will be held at least 4 times weekly.  Immediately after school as well as early mornings as schedules allow.   All players are to attend all practice sessions unless they are excused in ADVANCE  by Coach Costello. Homework is not a valid excuse to not attend practice. Time Management is key to being a student-athlete.  All practices will be held on PHS fields and some running around North Hill and campus will take place. Running shoes and cleats will be required at each session.  Player's equipment is the Player's responsibility.

GAMES

 

All home games will be held at the Pensacola High School Stadium.  There is an admission charge for games and season passes are available for purchase.  All parents are encouraged to help with home game duties and can contact the PHS Lacrosse Booster Club for more information.  Support through volunteer man hours and financially are critical  elements of the success of our program! 

 

Away games will be plentiful as we are only one of two Varsity Girls team here on the panhandle of Florida.  The closest Varsity teams are 5 hours away.   Girls must be prepared to travel several weekends out of the season.  Travel Accomodations are provided by our PHS Lacrosse Booster Club.    We need all the help we can get.
